The project started with the demolition of the previous building which dated back to the 70s.

Demolition started on the 13th November 2024.

At the end of this phase, the construction of the new structure will begin, which is designed to be inhabited by over 275 students daily, for a total surface area of over 3000 sqmt.

The heart of the new structure, designed by the studio Colucci&Partners, will be the central patio, set inbetween the surrounding building blocks in order to form a space open and inclusive.

An open space for younger students to share their time and socialize, and also for the entire community thanks to the garden outside which will be suitable, aside from curricular activites, also as a public space for various events.
