QUALITY ISO 9001:2015

The company Quality System is based on the quality of all the company components, from management to operations and services, with a common goal: the satisfaction of clients, suppliers and collaborators. For this purpose, the Bottoli Group is committed in a constant and global improvement process, to reach and maintain the highest level.

ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), published by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) with the aim of pursuing customer satisfaction with regard to products and services provided, as well as continuous improvement of company performance.

Environment ISO 14001:2015

The care for the environment and its protection are a fundamental aspect of the company’s policy, that adopts management procedures to minimize any potentially negative impact.

ISO 14001 is the most recognized international standard for environmental management systems and is designed to be compatible and harmonized with other recognized management system standards, including ISO 9001. It can be applied across the full range of business sectors, purposes and activities. It provides a framework through which an organization can deliver improved environmental performance in line with its environmental policy commitments.

Safety ISO 45001:2018

Bottoli Costruzioni has always paid the utmost attention to the issue of accident prevention and health at work, with constant training and awareness of its staff through special courses held in its logistics centre, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 81/2008. An important commitment: in fact the company is among the first places of its sector. (see OHSAS certification).

ISO 45001 of 2018 defines the minimum standards of good practice for protection in the workplace, establishes a framework to improve safety, reduce risks for workers and improve their health and well-being, thus allowing performance to be increased.

System Standard SA 8000

The company has been found to conform to the Social Accountability Management System Standard SA 8000:2014.

The SA8000 (Social Accountability 8000) Ethical Certification is a globally accredited standard, created with the aim of guaranteeing optimal working conditions.

The activities in the scope of certification described by this certificate relates to the empowerment
and protection of all personnel who provide products or services for that organisation at the above
address, including its suppliers, sub-contractors, sub-suppliers, and home workers.
This certificate is valid for the following scope: Design and construction of buildings, restoration and maintenance of real estate subject to protection.

S.O.A. qualification certificate no. 30283/16/00

The SOA Certification qualifies the company to contract out works for certain categories of works and classifications of amounts.

Bottoli Costruzioni is qualified for:

• cat. OG1 class. VIII over 15,493,707 € (building and maintenance);
• cat. OG2   class. VI 10,329,000 € (monumental restoration);
• cat. OS2-A class. II fino a 516.000 € (decorated surfaces of cultural heritage buildings);
• cat. OG3 class. III BIS 1,500,000 € (roads, highways, bridges, viaducts);
• cat. OG11 class. III 1,032,913 € (technological systems).

ADOPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT MODEL 231 – CODE OF ETHICS

Since January 2006 we have been adopting an organizational, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

The adoption of the Model allows for the company’s exemption from the administrative liability established in the Decree, which may derive from the commission of specific crimes by natural persons (administrators, managers, employees, collaborators) if it is proved that these subjects have acted in the interest and to the advantage of the company itself.

As established in Legislative Decree 231, we have created a specific Supervisory Body that has the task of verifying compliance with the model and of referring to the Board of Directors all the information regarding updates and/or changes, as well as any situations of non-compliance with what provided by the model itself.

LEGALITY RATING

The legality rating indicates compliance with high standards of legality by companies that have requested it.

The basic score ★ is assigned to companies that comply with all the requirements set out in article 2 of the Implementation Regulation on Legality Rating. This basic score can be increased with the attribution of an additional star for each additional requirement met by the company among those provided for in the art. 3 of the Regulation.

Since 2023, Bottoli Costruzioni has had the Legality Rating with the maximum score of ★★★.

GENDER EQUALITY

We obtained the Gender Equality Certification issued on the basis of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice.

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 requires the adoption of specific indicators (Key Performance Indicators) in relation to six assessment areas for the different variables that characterise an inclusive organisation that respects gender equality: Culture and Strategy; Governance; Human Resources processes; Opportunities for growth and inclusion of women in the company; Equitable remuneration by gender; Protection of parenthood and work-life balance.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY – ETHICSGO

Bottoli Costruzioni, thanks to its organisation and management system, has reached the ‘Best in standard’ quality level for the ethical assertions of responsibility for sustainable development environmental, social, economic and for environmental, social and economic communication.

In particular, the company is committed to achieving the following objectives of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,  in relation to the three dimensions required in environmental, economic and social terms: 3 Good health and well-being; 8 Decent work and economic growth; 10 Reduced inequalities; 11 Sustainable cities and communities; 12 Responsible consumption and production; 13 Climate action; 15 Life on land; 16 Peace, justice and strong institutions.

WORK IN PROGRESS

We are working towards the following certifications by 2025:

• Sustainability Report.
